This Privacy Policy explains how InstantBlogWriter LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://instantblogwriter.com and related services (the "Service"). We collect the minimum needed to run the Service and we do not sell personal data.

  • Content you provide — topics, briefs, and generated drafts stored in your workspace.
  • Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and approximate region, used to improve the Service.
  • Local storage — this website stores theme preference, cookie consent, and demo drafts in your browser's local storage.

2. How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, respond to support requests, secure accounts, and send service-related emails. We send marketing email only with your consent, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. AI processing

Your briefs are processed to generate content. We do not use your briefs or drafts to train our models, and we do not share them with other customers.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, email), under contracts that limit their use of it, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your drafts from active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and routine security reviews. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
