Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InstantBlogWriter website and services (the "Service") provided by InstantBlogWriter LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Plans and billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in USD until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual plans include a 14-day money-back window from first purchase. Draft limits reset each billing cycle and unused drafts do not roll over.

3. Your content

You own the briefs you submit and the drafts you generate. We claim no ownership of your output and require no attribution. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service.

4. Acceptable use

  • No generating content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
  • No spam, deceptive impersonation, or misinformation campaigns.
  • No attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
  • No reselling raw access to the generation engine without a written agreement.

5. AI-generated content

Generated drafts may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing content before publication, and for ensuring it complies with laws and platform policies applicable to you.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantBlogWriter LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version always lives at this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
